Volta Ventures is seeking an ambitious Event Management Trainee for our Birmingham team. This hands-on role focuses on face-to-face sales, event marketing, and business development, with a clear path toward leadership and management.

Job description

We’re looking for an ambitious, confident, and people-focused Event Management Trainee to join our Birmingham team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to develop practical experience in face-to-face sales, event marketing, and business development, with a clear interest in progressing into leadership and management.

We operate promotional pop-up events on behalf of established clients. You'll learn how to approach different audiences, understand customer needs, present offers confidently, and turn everyday conversations into sales opportunities. As you develop your commercial skills and demonstrate your ability to take responsibility, you'll have the opportunity to progress into team leadership, campaign coordination, and management.
