Job summary

Profiles Personnel is seeking versatile staff to be at the heart of major events across the UK. Join a team delivering cups, equipment and items, while supporting bars and catering teams with logistics.

This role offers flexibility to fit around study or other commitments, plus weekly pay and the chance to work at iconic venues such as Royal Ascot, Henley and Premier League matches.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ is required.
• Physically fit and comfortable moving items.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
• Good team player in a busy environment.
• Previous event or logistics experience is useful, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, sorting and delivering cups, equipment and other event items.
• Supporting bars, catering and hospitality teams with their logistics.
• Keeping event areas clean, organised and running efficiently.
• Moving supplies and equipment around large event sites.
• Working closely with the wider event team to ensure smooth operations.
• Helping create a great experience for guests behind the scenes.
