Event Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence, providing clients with all the information they need and answering any event-related questions.
  • Coordinate branding orders, manage van bookings, and ensure all necessary materials and equipment are ready for each event.
  • Handle logistics for events, including travel arrangements and documentation for both national and international events.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team with client calls, providing operational insights during the pre-booking stage.
  • Review and improve processes, especially during quieter periods, to maintain efficiency.
  • Stay organised with task lists and calendars, while remaining flexible during peak periods.

The Company

Our client is an innovative and unconventional events company seeking a people person and team player to join their small team. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, operations, or project management within events or hospitality, and possess excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and oral. Experience in client communication within a B2B role with influencing skills is essential.

Location

This is an office-based role in South Oxfordshire, with the option to work from home one day per week. Working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available one day per week.
