Who You Are

We're looking for an Event Executive to join our Events team and play a key part in supporting the planning and delivery of standout events and brand experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on, detail-focused, and part of a collaborative, growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Events Team with day-to-day queries, proposals, research, and meeting notes
  • Assist in client relationship management and ensure clear, consistent communication
  • Own and manage small-scale projects, including supplier and venue sourcing
  • Work closely with creative teams on design briefs and event materials
  • Create content and conduct research to support social media and industry trend monitoring
  • Take initiative, juggle multiple tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail
  • Represent brand brewery professionally, both in-person and in communication
  • Support general office duties and pitch in across departments when needed
