Event Executive Team - We provide exceptional support to show teams, acting as the bridge between departments with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Committed to the highest standards, we build strong relationships and ensure seamless event execution.


About the Role

We are seeking an organised, supportive, and proactive individual to join our Event Executive team. As an Event Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless event execution by coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will require multitasking and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are met and processes are followed with attention to detail.


Responsibilities


  • Support internal system integration from Salesforce.com, ensuring correct setup of packages and products.

  • Collaborate with marketing technology teams to test and validate system functionality.

  • Lead the 'Ready to Sell' process for new event editions, coordinating stakeholders and finalising system checks.

  • Maintain accurate inventory trackers for sales and sponsorship items.

  • Assist international sales teams with sponsorship fulfilment and contract delivery.

  • Prepare onsite materials including IT equipment, manuals, and travel logistics.

  • Coordinate team communications, dinners, and rebooking processes for events.

  • Provide onsite support and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) during events.

  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to team and stakeholder support.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and environments.

  • Clear and confident communicator across teams and functions.

  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
