We are looking for positive and friendly Sales Executives to join the Meetings Simplified Team at Hilton Leeds City.

The Meetings Simplified Team is a centralized sales office managing small corporate meeting enquiries for Hilton hotels across the UK & Ireland. As part of the team, you will interact with customers via phone and email to secure meeting space bookings, increase conversions, and promote repeat business.

  • Starting salary of £24,883.56 with an uncapped bonus structure
  • Flexible hybrid working: two days in the Leeds office (near the train/bus station), three days remote
What will I be doing?

As a Meetings Simplified Sales Executive, you will handle meeting enquiries for groups of 35 delegates or less across various UK & Ireland hotels. Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to meeting space enquiries via phone/email, checking availability, and preparing proposals
  • Working with clients to convert enquiries, meet targets, and maximize revenue
  • Managing a high volume of enquiries under tight deadlines to secure revenue opportunities
  • Building strong customer relationships to understand their needs
  • Collaborating with different hotels and stakeholders to understand their strategies and unique selling points
  • Completing all administrative tasks related to bookings
