Job Description
  • Manage food and beverage service with confidence and comprehensive knowledge.
  • Oversee daily operations of the hospitality team, ensuring smooth and efficient service, reporting to the hospitality management team.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize performance.
  • Promote products, understand menu composition, ingredients, allergens, and service styles.
