Job Title: Event Coordinator – Prestigious Event Catering Company.

Location: London

Our client is a prestigious Event Catering Company based in London, who cater to high-end fashion and luxury brands. They are looking for an event coordinator to join their close-knit team to work on organising their events.

What you will get:

  • Salary of £26,500 + Overtime - Estimated from £3,000 - £4,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating projects and taking full ownership from start to finish at the highest quality.
  • Building strong relationships with the Events team.
  • Management of budgets on all events.
  • Quoting, planning and organising the events in a smooth and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients, suppliers and onsite teams.
  • Supporting team members as and when required.

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
