Events Coordinator | Employee Onboarding | Global Tech

Are you passionate about creating memorable, seamless experiences for new hires? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at event logistics, and have a flair for customer service? If so, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to support onboarding programs and deliver exceptional experiences for new employees. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the first impression new team members have—from managing logistics to delivering white glove service at in-person events.

The Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £74,000 pa
  • Role to start on a 12-month contract

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for onboarding and orientation programs, including engineering bootcamps
  • Provide high-touch, white glove support for presenters and attendees
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal partners to ensure events run smoothly
  • Oversee event set-up, prep, inventory, and clean-up
  • Handle back-end administrative tasks and manage Salesforce data
  • Support change management projects and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Be the go-to expert onsite—running microphones, making announcements, and guiding attendees
  • Engage with top leaders and directors as part of onboarding programming
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for groups ranging from 40 to 200 attendees

You Bring:

  • 5–7 years of event coordination experience
  • Strong background in customer service and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with Salesforce (required)
  • Learning and development or onboarding experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly detail-focused
  • Comfortable with public speaking in large event settings
