Job description

Reports To: CEO of Motorsport
Direct Reports: Events Manager, Head of Sales and Marketing
Purpose of role: Coordination of events and office administration
Location: Helios 47

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Liaising with clients to facilitate and coordinate their testing requirements.
  2. Coordinating all aspects of events, including logistics, staff planning, hospitality, circuit bookings, and collaboration with the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  3. Managing various events such as customer testing, driver development test days, sales tasters, junior scholarships, championship hospitality, and sales events (e.g., Goodwood Revival).
  4. Traveling to event locations during the week and weekends to oversee customer testing, hospitality, and event setup.
  5. Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for event stocks.
  6. Assisting the Events Manager with Ginetta Championship administration, including hospitality management.
  7. Managing all Ginetta inboxes and main phone line, distributing communications to relevant staff.
  8. Overseeing event stock, including team kits, hospitality orders, and marketing materials, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Experience and Knowledge
  • Extensive experience in event management and hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Knowledge of basic Health & Safety requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A strong interest in Motorsport.
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and perform under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work during weekends and travel as required.
  • Full driving license.
