Are you an experienced Event Operations Coordinator looking for part-time work 3 days per week? If so, we want to hear from you!

DNA Recruit is working with a global B2B media group that is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator. You will work closely with the internal membership and events teams to deliver a year-round program of events, including in-person roundtables, networking dinners, webinars, and online briefings for global professional communities.

Your role will be hands-on and varied—from sourcing venues and liaising with suppliers to managing registration and supporting sponsors. You will be essential in ensuring each event runs smoothly, stays on brand, and provides a high-quality experience to delegates and partners alike.

  1. Source, negotiate, and contract venues for small to mid-size business events (up to 100 attendees)
  2. Manage floorplans, catering, signage, and logistical details
  3. Oversee registration processes and coordinate on-the-day event support (London events only)
  4. Set up and assist with live webinars
  5. Coordinate pre-event communications and manage messaging
  6. Work with internal sponsorship and client teams to ensure deliverables are fulfilled
  7. Liaise directly with sponsors regarding event assets and logistics
  8. Support budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure accurate spend management
