Job description

Are you an experienced Event Operations Coordinator looking for part-time work 3 days per week? If so, we want to hear from you!

DNA Recruit is working with a Global B2B Media Group who are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator. You’ll work closely with the internal membership and events teams to deliver a year-round programme of events. These range from in-person roundtables and networking dinners to webinars and online briefings for global professional communities.

Your role will be hands-on and varied—from sourcing venues and liaising with suppliers to managing registration and supporting sponsors. You’ll be integral in ensuring each event runs smoothly, stays on brand, and delivers a high-quality experience to delegates and partners alike.

Responsibilities:
  • Source, negotiate and contract venues for small to mid-size business events (up to 100 attendees)
  • Manage floorplans, catering, signage and logistical details
  • Oversee registration processes and coordinate on-the-day event support (London events only)
  • Set up and assist with live webinars
  • Coordinate pre-event communications and manage messaging
  • Work with the internal sponsorship and client teams to ensure deliverables are fulfilled
  • Liaise directly with sponsors regarding event assets and logistics
  • Support with budget tracking and invoice processing to ensure accurate spend management
