Job Description

Joining Absolute Taste as an Event Co-Ordinator for The Open Championship. The primary objective of this role is to assist in the planning, facilitation, implementation, and execution of a catering operation that delivers a premium guest, spectator, and supporter experience, alongside ensuring operational quality and excellence are maintained.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week), with ad hoc hours required based on event schedules. While the role is flexible, you will be expected to work on-site during events to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revise them based on changing needs and requirements
  • Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery
  • Compile and submit project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders
  • Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation
  • Develop excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders
  • Implement any necessary changes throughout the process
  • Develop and implement action plans to enable proper time, resource, and process management

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in an Event Coordinator or Project Planner role

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
