How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Safely transport food, drinks, and equipment to the event venue.
  • Manage all aspects of the event including set-up, serving meals and beverages, and take-down.
  • Carry out the Sales Event Coordinator's plan for the event and adapt to different venues when setting up and organizing service flow.
  • Lead a team of co-captains, servers, and bartenders.
  • Maintain good communication with the event host.
  • Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
  • Create an environment that supports and develops the members of your team.
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1-2 years of catering or banquet leadership experience.
  • Valid Driver's License and 3+ years of safe driving experience.
  • Comfortable driving a 16' box truck and able to climb in and out of the vehicle.
  • Experience leading a team, whether in food service or other industry.
  • Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written.
  • Positive and empowering interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to work long hours (must be able to lift 50 pounds).
