Job summary

Mint People in Belfast is seeking friendly Candlelight Event Assistants to welcome guests, guide attendees, and help ensure smooth operations at live events across multiple venues. You’ll be the first friendly face guests meet, helping them find their way and stay comfortable throughout performances.

Role involves guest assistance, ticket checks, crowd flow management, and assisting the team with setup and pack-down.

Qualifications

• Friendly, confident and approachable personality.
• Clear and positive communication skills.
• Reliable and well-organised with good time management.
• Fast learner who stays calm in busy environments.
• Able to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.

Pay: Between £14.50ph inclusive of holiday pay.

About the role

We’re looking for friendly, confident Candlelight Event Assistants to help deliver our shows and create a great experience for every guest.

As part of the event team, you’ll be the welcoming face of Candlelight — greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the event.
