Job summary

Newground Together is seeking a Sessional Youth Worker to support young people aged 8-19 across Blackburn. You will deliver youth clubs and detached youth work in the Blackburn area, working 1–2 evenings a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of a range of youth activities and programs
• Engage with young people in a positive, supportive, and engaging manner
• Provide guidance, advice, and support to young people
• Help develop and maintain positive relationships with young people and their families
• Support the youth team in organising and supervising outings, trips, and events
• Contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of youth programs to ensure effectiveness and impact
