Job summary

Co-op Group in Killin is hiring Customer Team Members to deliver friendly, helpful service, stock shelves, and assist with store operations. The role includes working on tills, packing orders, and supporting community initiatives.

You’ll join a team in a busy Co-op store with a focus on customer care, local engagement, and membership promotion. Full training is provided, and flexible weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is advantageous
• Ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work across a range of shifts
• Interest in retail and busy store environments

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and assist with daily store operations
• Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy
• Operate tills and assist on the shop floor to create a great shopping experience
• Promote Co-op Membership and engage with the local community
• Support safe, legal and smooth store procedures and teamwork
