Job summary

WHSmith is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant to join our Greater London store network. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, process stock replenishment and ensure displays meet high standards, while supporting a busy team.

The role is 16 hours per week, mainly Saturday and Sunday evenings from 14:00 to 23:00, with flexibility for holidays and absence cover. In return, you’ll receive a competitive benefits package including pension, cycle to work, paid annual leave and employee discounts,

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Stock replenishment and shop display maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
