Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy distribution operation in Liverpool. You will oversee the 2:30pm–11:00pm shift, manage a small team and ensure orders are processed efficiently with accurate stock control.

The role requires experience leading a warehouse or logistics team, ideally in ecommerce, with strong organisation and communication skills. You will focus on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or logistics team, ideally within an ecommerce environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-moving environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support warehouse operatives throughout the shift.
• Coordinate daily picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Monitor workflow and allocate resources to meet operational priorities.
• Ensure stock movements, replenishment and returns are completed accurately.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the warehouse.
• Coach team members and help drive continuous improvement.
• Report operational issues and provide updates to warehouse management.
