Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking Warehouse Operatives for PM shifts (2:30pm–11:00pm) to support order fulfilment and shipment accuracy. You will handle packing, labeling, and basic warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills (ERP systems, email, Word). Training will be provided, and start date is ASAP. Candidates must be able to follow health and safety procedures and work accurately to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Packaging & shipping of industrial components
• Processing goods through company systems
• Determine tools and equipment needed for the job
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
• Ability to work in a cohesive team environment
• Highly detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to demonstrate consistent high quantity completion while maintaining high quality packing standards
• Basic computer skills (email, Word)

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety requirements as set by the company
• Identify, weigh, or measure items to verify against orders
• Affix shipping labels on packed cartons identifying shipping information
• Package items into containers with spacers and padding
• Use ERP and other computer programs during the shift
• Load/Unload company or third-party vehicles
• Operate forklift trucks & manual handling equipment
• Complete all mandated training
