Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a Warehouse Operative - PM at Stead House Distribution Centre in Darlington. Join our fast-paced DC team handling picking, packing and despatch across multiple store orders while maintaining stock control and accuracy.

The role operates within a 40-hour week, with a typical PM shift and flexibility across other shifts to support the supply chain. Positive attitude and reliability are essential to thrive in a busy distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking products in line with order requirements
• Ensuring daily/weekly work performances meet the required standard
• Maintaining packing and accuracy disciplines
• Ensuring picked stock is clean and undamaged; report issues to Line Manager
• Collaborating with the team to reduce shrinkage
• Keeping the work area clean and safe using Clean-As-You-Go practices
• Reporting accidents/incidents/near misses to Line Manager
