Job summary

Stannah Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Order Fulfilment Operative to join the team based at Stephenson Close. You will pick Customer orders / Contracts using manual picking methods and scanning items using barcode equipment against a given pick list.

As an Order Fulfilment Operative, you will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 13:15 - 23:00. This is a permanent contract. In addition you will receive a 15% shift allowance for hours worked.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all operations in line with Standard Operating Procedures and required daily targets.
• Pick, scan, and accurately check customer orders using the barcode equipment provided.
• Support continuous improvement activities and help identify product and process improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards and drive actions to achieve out-of-box targets.
• Work flexibly across the department and be multi-skilled to support other areas when needed.
