Job summary

Parkdean Resorts is seeking a reliable Venue Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards across our on-park venues, ensuring guest-ready spaces from bars to entertainment areas.

You will perform routine and deep cleaning, follow COSHH guidelines, stock supplies, and report maintenance needs while working with a friendly team across multiple locations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning (desirable – full training can be provided).

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all venues – including bars, restaurants, entertainment spaces, and communal facilities – to ensure they’re always guest ready.
• Completing routine and deep cleaning tasks in line with schedules, covering floors, surfaces, toilets, and high-touch areas.
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly, following COSHH guidelines.
• Monitoring cleanliness during trading hours and responding promptly to spillages or urgent cleaning needs.
• Replenishing essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly, including following recycling procedures.
• Reporting maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to the relevant manager.
• Working closely with other team members and departments to ensure all venues remain clean and presentable.
• Maintaining high personal hygiene standards and using PPE when required.

As a Venue Cleaner, you’ll play an important part in ensuring all guest-facing and back-of-house areas look their best.
