Job summary

Anchor Group Services is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Brunel Shopping Centre in Swindon. You'll work 32.5 hours weekly, 15:00–21:30, across 5 days per site rota, earning £13.45 per hour. The role requires attention to detail, reliable communication, and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and safety.

Qualifications

• COSHH knowledge and safe handling of chemicals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Flexibility to cover shifts as required.
• Reliable and responsible with a flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated areas according to site instructions and specifications.
• Empty bins and manage waste including recyclables.
• Attend to spillages promptly to ensure safety.
• Follow H&S and COSHH regulations at all times.
• Operate site equipment and handle chemicals safely.
• Provide excellent customer service to on-site clients and customers.
