Job summary

Atlas FM is recruiting a Cleaner to join our client’s site in Newcastle-under-Lyme. The role runs Monday to Friday, 15:30–17:30, 42 weeks per year, at an hourly rate of £12.71.

You will be trained on-site and supported by a supervisor to deliver a high standard of cleaning across the site. You will be inducted at the start of the contract, receive on-the-job training, and be part of Atlas’ award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or willingness to learn and develop via on-the-job training.
• Ability to carry out physical aspects of the role.
• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication with staff and clients.
• Two satisfactory references required; Enhanced DBS check may be needed; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning services on site to meet the client’s specifications.
• Learn to operate cleaning equipment and follow safety guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste and recycling where required.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service.
