Job summary

Woodlands Meed School in Burgess Hill is seeking a part-time School Cleaner to support the Premises team. You will clean to the required standards across the college site, with duties aligned to the work schedules and training requirements.

Hours are 4:00pm to 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. Annual leave is 25 days plus bank holidays.

You will receive mandatory training in Health & Safety, COSHH, manual handling, and fire safety, and must follow the Safe Working Practices.

Qualifications

• Canditates must work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Safety awareness and ability to observe Health and Safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties as scheduled by the Premises Manager.
• Move lightweight furniture and equipment as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines on cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms and communal areas.
