Overview

Pay - £7.55- £12.21 per hour.

Our store in Hastings is looking for a minimum 16 hours per week Evening Sales Assistant. You will need to be fully flexible over the course of the week.

Here at Dunelm, our Sales Assistants are the foundation of our team; a wonderful group of people at the heart of our stores. With customer focus as the top priority, our Sales Assistants are the first point of contact for helping customers, ensuring they leave satisfied and eager to return.

Pay rates:

  • 16-17 years old: £7.55
  • 18 and over: £12.21

What you'll be doing

  • Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns, ensuring items are complete and fragile items are securely packed.
  • Shop floor – Assisting customers in finding products and providing excellent service to foster loyalty and love for our products.
  • Hosting – Using our iPad systems to order products for customers or create bespoke curtain and blind orders. Styling departments like bedding displays to inspire customers.
  • Stock and Delivery – Handling physical tasks like lifting, merchandising, updating prices, tidying the store, taking deliveries, checking stock, and replenishing shelves, always keeping customer needs in mind.
