Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) is seeking a reliable Room Attendant for our Newcastle property. This part-time role typically runs 16:00–21:00, with three shifts per week, on a permanent contract.

You will cover 15 hours weekly, delivering thorough cleaning and guest-room presentation to high standards. The ideal candidate has at least one year in a cleaning role, works well independently, and demonstrates proactive, detail-oriented service.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year's working experience in a cleaning role is strongly preferred.
• Self-driven and able to work at pace in guest bedrooms.
• Keen eye for detail when cleaning and high standards of presentation.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with shift patterns to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Deep clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, make beds, and ensure a welcoming space.
• Carry out vacuuming, dusting, polishing, mopping, and handling light items.
• Note guest preferences to personalise stays (e.g., firm pillows, cot setup).
• Maintain knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning equipment usage.
• Follow health and safety procedures for waste handling and manual tasks.
