Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods is hiring for a wash-up operative to join the Meals department on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00. You will be responsible for high-pressure washing, sanitizing totes, trays and equipment, and supporting line changeovers and break cover as needed.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.78, with bonus and benefits. It requires a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn multiple tasks within the department.

Qualifications

• Good maths and English skills.

Responsibilities

• High pressure wash all tote bins, baths, racks and items requiring cleaning.
• Place tubs and trays into tray wash machine and sanitize after washing.
• Dismantle depositors, clean, inspect, re-assemble and sign off for production.
• Dismantle and clean meat slicers; wash with water and detergent, then sanitize.
• Regularly clean racks, cupboards and scale cupboards.
