Job description

Our Legal client in London is looking for an Evening Print Room Manager to manage the daily operations of the print room, ensuring the timely, secure, and high-quality production of litigation and legal support materials. This role requires a strong focus on client service, production efficiency, confidentiality, and workflow optimisation.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Manage all print room tasks including printing, scanning, copying, binding, and packaging of legal materials to meet deadlines.
  • Achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
  • Act as main contact for client job requests, ensuring clear communication.
  • Schedule and prioritise print jobs to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
  • Operate and maintain high-volume digital print and scanning equipment.
  • Oversee document prep and finishing (e.g., tabbing, OCR, binding, quality checks).
  • Coordinate with teams and vendors for complex print and delivery needs.
  • Track and manage inventory of print supplies, reordering when needed.
  • Log jobs accurately for billing, audits, and reporting using tracking systems.

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in high-volume print or reprographics, preferably legal or professional services.
