Job summary

Pharmacierge on Wimpole Street in London’s Harley Street Medical Area is redefining private pharmacy with clinical excellence and a tech-enabled workflow. You’ll join a dedicated team of pharmacists and support staff delivering safe, personalised care to patients and prescribers.

We’re hiring a full-time Evening Pharmacy Dispenser to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 13:00–22:00, with no weekends. You’ll dispense accurately, manage stock, and support ongoing service improvements

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Dispensing or GPhC equivalent.
• Strong focus on accuracy and safety in dispensing and record-keeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative, reliable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedication to patient safety, satisfaction and high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately against prescriptions, following SOPs and UK regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to patients and prescribers within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with Pharmacierge teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with stock control, ordering and expiry checks.
• Support safety and quality assurance initiatives and report discrepancies.
