Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking a Parcel Delivery Driver at Crawley Delivery Office. You'll be responsible for multi-drop deliveries, pre‑pping your van and workload, and using route-planning tools to get parcels to the right place on time.

The role is a permanent contract, 37 hours per week across Monday to Sunday with a Saturday/Sunday rota. A full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points is required, and you will deliver with customer service at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers, acting as a positive ambassador for Royal Mail.
• Happy to work in the afternoon and early evenings.
• Possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Prepping your van and workload for the day using route-planning tools.
• Delivering parcels across the week in the assigned area.
• Ensuring parcels are delivered to the right place at the right time.
• Delivering for the people with a focus on customer service.
