Job summary

ISS UK Limited is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for a busy site in Scotland. The role runs Monday to Friday, 17:00–21:00, delivering a clean and welcoming environment across meeting rooms, restrooms, food outlets and shared spaces.

This fast-paced role suits someone active, team-oriented and committed to high standards. You will work with colleagues to maintain excellent cleanliness, safety procedures and customer service throughout the site.

Qualifications

• Relevant housekeeping experience required.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Motivated, committed and flexible.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels.
• Able to communicate politely and efficiently with all site users.
• Courteous and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a clean, tidy office space to the client site following best practices.
• Manage cleaning equipment, consumables and report repairs as needed.
• Ensure chemicals and cleaning solutions are used safely per procedures.
• Follow fire, health, safety and security procedures for the site.
• Carry out deep, specialist and periodic cleans.
• Dispose of waste in correct receptacles.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as requested by line management.
