Job summary

Concept Resources in Perth is seeking a reliable Part-Time Evening Cleaner to work at a commercial office site in Perth. The role is temp-to-perm, with two evenings per week totaling 5 hours.

Hours: 5:30pm–8:00pm on Wednesdays and Fridays. Start ASAP. You will maintain high cleanliness standards across offices and communal areas, including floors, toilets and touchpoints, and you may act as a key holder where required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel where required.
• Able to commit to both Wednesday and Friday shifts.
• Looking for a longer-term position.
• No DBS is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the site.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the building.
