Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for cleaning, tidying, and maintaining all internal and external areas.
• Rotate bins regularly and prepare bulk bins for collection.
• Sweep and wash communal stairs and landings.
• Clean ledges, handrails, doors and remove cobwebs from light fittings and walls.
• Disinfect areas after removing refuse.
