• Clean ledges, handrails, doors and remove cobwebs from light fittings and walls.
• Disinfect areas after removing refuse.

Office Cleaner

My client is seeking experienced Office cleaner to clean and maintain internal, external and all common areas offices.

• Hours 6PM TO 9PM Monday - Friday

Key Responsibility:

• Take personal responsibility for ensuring that all is clean, tidy, landscaped, litter free and safe from hazards by delivering a high quality caretaking
• Identify and assist in ways to improve the internal and external environment through working closely as part of a team and taking pride in the role.
• Rotate bins regularly to ensure refuse chutes are clear and ensure bulk bins are placed ready for collection.
• Sweep and wash communal staircase and landings as appropriate.
• Clean internal ledges, sills, handrails, balustrades, doors, walls and remove cobwebs from light fittings and all surroundings.
• Following the removal of refuse from the dustbins/bulk refuse containers, hose down and disinfect the area.
