Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during evening hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve standing, bending, or lifting for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean office areas including desks, floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment.
• Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper as needed.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
