Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and reactive cleaning across offices and communal areas.
• Keep meeting rooms and client-facing areas clean, tidy and ready for use.
• Clean desks, workstations and high-contact surfaces following site procedures.
• Maintain kitchenettes and break-out areas to high hygiene standards.
• Clean and maintain washrooms during the shift.
• Vacuum, mop and spot-clean floors as required.
• Empty waste and recycling bins and ensure proper segregation.
• Replenish soap and other consumables.
• Complete periodic and deep-cleaning tasks when required.
• Monitor workplace standards and address issues proactively.
• Support meeting room setups and general housekeeping.
• Respond to requests from colleagues, clients and building users.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH, Fire Safety, Security and Environmental procedures.
