• Proactive, dependable and able to use initiative.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the nursery.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team.
• Contribute towards a warm and respectful atmosphere for children and teams.
• Always show strong attention to detail while respecting confidentiality and safeguarding.
• Identify areas that need attention and take initiative to keep the nursery environment looking its best.
• Follow cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures to support health and safety standards.
• Help create calm, organised spaces that support children’s daily experiences.
