Greencore Northampton is recruiting for a production role in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for preparing correct ingredient mixes for production lines, operating machinery, and maintaining strict quality and safety standards on site.

The role requires careful attention to detail, ability to follow recipes, and strong teamwork in a busy production setting. Training will be provided, with a Sunday to Thursday shift and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualificações

• Experience in FMCG/food manufacturing is advantageous.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety practices is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and mix ingredients for production lines, manually and by machine.
• Set up and operate machinery, adjust during changeovers.
• Complete paperwork and compliance documentation accurately.
• Perform blade integrity checks and report issues promptly.
• Verify recipes and ingredients match specifications.
• Conduct quality and food safety checks and report concerns.
