Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a Cleaning Operative for evening cover at a medical unit in Maesteg (CF34). Immediate start, temporary contract until 17 August 2026, 8 hours per week with shifts Mon/Wed/Fri/Sun 18:00–20:00.

The role requires reliable, punctual staff with prior cleaning experience, preferably in medical or clinical settings. Duties include cleaning, sanitising and waste disposal to high hygiene standards.

• Reliable and punctual in daily duties.
• Independent worker capable of managing tasks solo.
• Able to travel to Maesteg, CF34 9UY when required.

Responsibilities

• Clean within the medical unit to a high standard.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors regularly.
• Sanitise surfaces and maintain hygiene.
• Clean high-touch areas and dispose of waste properly.
• Leave the unit clean, hygienic and ready for use.
