Main duties of the job
As our evening Manager you will need to be confident in dealing with patient and staffing queries. Have knowledge on annual recalls and have great communication skills.
You will be tasked to lock up the building at the end of the day and follow close of day procedures.

Lambton Road Medical Practice is a Practice of around 18,500 patients and a staff size of approximately 60. We are looking for an evening Manager to cover the hours of 12pm-8pm or 10:30-6:30pm 5 days a week. This could be someone who is ready to take the next step in their career or a current NHS Manager.
The role of evening Manager is a crucial role at Lambton Road Medical Practice and is to ensure that the same level of care is delivered across the opening times of the Practice.In this role you will lead on professionalism, patient care and engagement and you will be supporting staff throughout the day.
You will be responsibile for ensuring the premises is locked at night and the procedures are followed.
