Job summary

Nefab is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support accurate inventory records and organized warehouse operations on the second shift. You will count and verify inventory, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with warehouse teams to sustain reliable inventory processes.

The role operates on a 3:00pm–1:30am schedule, with a 4-day workweek consisting of four 10-hour shifts, offering a structured but demanding pace in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years warehouse/inventory/cycle-counting experience preferred.
• Experience with scanners, WMS, or inventory software preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory control procedures and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts throughout the warehouse.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and support timely resolution.
• Verify product locations, quantities, and item condition.
• Use handheld or RF scanners, WMS, and inventory software to record and verify inventory.
• Coordinate with shipping, receiving, and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist with inventory audits and physical counts.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors and improve inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
