An award-winning hotel is seeking an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team. The role includes ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, training staff, and managing housekeeping operations. Ideal for experienced candidates passionate about guest satisfaction. This role is contracted at 21 hours, working 3 days out of 7, with the approximate working hours being 2:30pm - 10:00pm. As an Evening Housekeeping Supervisor, you will assist the Housekeeping Management with, but not limited to, leading a shift from the floor, briefing and directing the team. You will be responsible for the following: ability to work as a Supreme Housekeeper, cleaning rooms to the highest standards as business requires; hands on approach to housekeeping—demonstrating, training, leading; people management—persuasive, inspiring and determined; helping all team members achieve their full potential in their role; monitoring and managing the quality of cleanliness; ensuring room readiness; monitoring back of house areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times; stock control and organisation across the blocks; cleanliness of block public spaces; cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors; standards testing of the housekeeping line staff and regular quality checks of all areas; assist with training of new and existing staff; attend and lead departmental briefings; communicate and work with other departments in the hotel; actioning guest feedback (ReviewPro, etc.).

The on-target earning potential for this role is 14,327.04 annual salary, comprising a base salary of 13,682.76 supplemented by an estimated 644.28 in gratuities per annum.
