Inchwater Home Care is seeking a part-time Home Care Assistant to join our Dover team for evening shifts. You will visit older clients in their homes, providing companionship, personal care and practical support to help them live independently with dignity.

No previous care experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support and a mileage allowance, with the aim of continuity of care with your own clients.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Passion to support wellbeing and independence.

Responsibilities

• Visit older clients in their homes to provide companionship.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as needed.
• Support with shopping, light domestic tasks and medication reminders.
• Encourage social inclusion and participation in activities.
