Eurest in Coventry is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspire a team and deliver fresh, high-quality food in a high-demand environment. You will own daily operations, drive standards, and ensure exceptional service across every shift.

The role requires robust leadership, a passion for great presentation, and strong control of food costs, HACCP and safety. 35 hours per week with a competitive salary and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Knowledge of food safety legislation and kitchen compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the kitchen operation and lead every service to high standards.
• Coach and develop the kitchen team, ensuring consistency.
• Plan menus, control costs and stock, and manage waste.
• Maintain HACCP, health & safety standards and compliance.
• Drive seasonal, high-quality food and excellent service.
