Job summary

Queens Park Rangers Community Trust is recruiting sessional football coaches for the Advanced Development Programme (ADP). You will deliver high‑quality coaching in the evenings at venues across North West and West London, following the club’s development curriculum.

Successful applicants have UEFA C (minimum) and safeguarding/first aid qualifications, with DBS checks. This role offers flexible evening sessions and contributes to pathways toward PDP and professional development within QPR.

Qualifications

• UEFA C Licence is the minimum requirement.
• FA Safeguarding Children qualification is required.
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality coaching sessions in line with the programme curriculum.
• Plan, prepare and evaluate sessions for different ages and abilities.
• Support player development across technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects.
• Create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable learning environment.
