Job summary

Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS) is recruiting a Cleaner for our Ipswich depot within the Vehicle Presentation Team. You will keep the PCV fleet clean to the highest standard, completing cleaning tasks within set times and meeting company standards.

Shifts are 5 days out of 7, between 15:00 and 00:00, with daily focus on safety and quality. We value flexible hours, a valid driving license with your own vehicle, and ideally prior cleaning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working flexible hours.
• Driving license and own vehicle are required to get to work due to working hours.
• Prior cleaning experience is desirable.
• Health & Safety knowledge is desirable.
• COSHH awareness is desirable.
• CSCS/CITB/CCNSG or equivalent is desirable.
• First Aid knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet cleanliness to the highest standard, ensuring all cleaning and related work is completed within the specified period.
• Follow health, safety and security guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Wear appropriate PPE in designated areas.
• Minimise wastage by using materials safely and storing them securely.
• Report any lost, defective or inoperative equipment to your supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean and tidy and return equipment to storage after each shift.
• Follow COSHH guidelines when using cleaning materials and chemicals.
• Adhere to health, safety, security, welfare and environmental arrangements and participate in safety briefings.
• Report accidents/incidents using the Company's procedures.
