Ruby Senior Living Ltd in Westbury is seeking an Evening Receptionist & Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team. This varied role combines evening reception duties with kitchen support on alternate Saturdays, acting as a key contact for residents.

You will welcome residents, answer the telephone, handle enquiries, support safety and wellbeing, and provide room service during the evening. Training will be provided; prior reception, hospitality, care or kitchen experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, hospitality, care or kitchen experience would be advantageous.
• Training will be provided for the right person.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting residents and visitors.
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
• Responding appropriately to emergencies and following established procedures.
• Providing room service to residents during the evening.
• Carrying out general reception and administrative duties.
• Helping to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents.
