Job summary

A leading facilities management company in Banbury is seeking a responsible individual to manage a team and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage stock, and conduct performance reviews. Candidates must have a valid driving licence and be ready for an immediate start. This is a permanent position with hours from Monday to Friday, 4pm to 8pm.

Qualifications

  • Driving licence required due to the location.
  • Understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to conduct performance reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure team follows task schedules.
  • React to client requests within the specified timeframe.
  • Monitor registration of attendances and rescheduling.
  • Assist in delivering a fully compliant operation.
  • Manage stock and ensure holiday cover.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that the team understand and work to task schedules

React to all requests from the client or management team within the specified time frame

Monitor and complete accurate registration of attendances and the rescheduling of cleaning

Ensuring the team are following the H&S regulations

Support the delivery of training to the soft services team

Assist the Account Manager in delivering a fully compliant operation

With the Account Manager, conduct performance reviews and appraisals

Dealing with stock management - and ordering

Ensure we have holiday cover in place

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Excellent interpersonal skills

Knowledge and application of relevant standards and legislation such as COSHH Assessments, hygiene standards and health and safety management

Good command of English language, both written and oral
